These terms govern your use of FPL Waiver Line ("the service"), operated by a UK-based sole trader. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
What the service is
FPL Waiver Line is an independent tool that analyses public Fantasy Premier League Draft data and offers suggestions — draft rankings, trade ideas, and waiver targets. The suggestions are informational opinions produced by an algorithm. They are estimates, not guarantees, and following them will not guarantee any particular result in your fantasy league.
Not affiliated with the Premier League
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Premier League or the official Fantasy Premier League game. "Premier League" and related marks belong to their owners. We simply read publicly available data from the FPL Draft service.
We don't act on your behalf
The service never makes a trade, waiver claim, or any change to your fantasy team for you. When you choose to act on a suggestion, you do so yourself on the official FPL Draft site. You are responsible for your own team decisions.
Availability and accuracy
The service depends on an unofficial, third-party data source that can change or become unavailable without notice. We provide the service "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will always be accurate, complete, up to date, or available.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service, including any fantasy-league outcome, decision made in reliance on a suggestion, or interruption of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: don't attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, break its security, or use it unlawfully.
Our content
The name, branding, design, rankings methodology, and original content of FPL Waiver Line belong to us. Underlying player and league data belongs to its respective sources.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, or update these terms, at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
